Our brewery and our Brewers
Created in February 2023, Brasserie Occibière aims to produce local beers throughout Occitanie, our cradle. Currently, our brewers are specialized in Lager. This style of light beer from Germany and the Czech Republic. Cold fermented, they are ideal for quenching your thirst.

Antoine Caulier;
Despite his medical studies. His passion for making alcohol (beer, cider) won out. He was the first to have the idea of launching a local brewery among his group of friends who today form the S.A.S Brasserie l'Occibiere.
Chief Operating Officer
Arthur Labatut;
After studying law, economics and political science in Montpellier. He undertook this brewery project with his long-time friend Antoine Caulier. Also a great beer lover, it was with pleasure that he agreed to bring this adventure to its conclusion.
