Occibiere Brewery

​Despite his medical studies. His passion for making alcohol (beer, cider) won out. He was the first to have the idea of launching a local brewery among his group of friends who today form the S.A.S Brasserie l'Occibiere.

After studying law, economics and political science in Montpellier. He undertook this brewery project with his long-time friend Antoine Caulier. Also a great beer lover, it was with pleasure that he agreed to bring this adventure to its conclusion.

Motivated by the project, our five partners did not hesitate to take part in the enterprise. They help and support the leaders with their advice and skills.
